My CARE Program gives you: 
 

  • 3-month personalized fitness program, so you can move your body and create a consistent workout regime with your own personal workouts. 
     

  • 3-one on one personal training sessions, so you can have some added support to ask all your questions and go through form on any exercises you want. 
     

  • 3-subconscious imprinting sessions, so you can address the mental and emotional hang-ups that are keeping you in a cycle of self-sabotage.

How it works:

 

We have a consultation (in-person or virtual), chat about your needs and desires and get to know one another more.

 

I create the first of three phases in your 3-month program.

 

You come into the studio (or we meet virtually) and we will go over the workouts together.

 

Check exercise form and answer your questions.
(even questions like, “Why is Buffy Summers the best Superhero?”)

 

I will check-in every week to get an update.

 

You will also be able to go through 1-SIT session per month.

Frequently Asked Questions....

 

What equipment do I need?

 

Ideally 1 or 2 dumbbells and maybe a resistance band.

However, your program is designed for you. So if you have no equipment, working out from home or if you have access to an equipped gym, this is considered.

I have literally created programs using only 1-band and bodyweight.

 

How is CARE different than another DIY program?

 

This DIY Program is different because you are not entirely on your own.
Yes, you are performing the workouts on your own, but you have access to me via text or email during the week when needed.
I will also check-in every Sunday to see how it’s going.

 

It’s also not a generalized DIY Program.
It’s a personalized DIY Program.

 

How is CARE different than another personal fitness program?

 

CARE differs from other programs because it takes into consideration your mindset.

With the 3-Subconscious Imprinting sessions you will get to go through your own guided, personalized meditation that will help address any emotional hang-ups, self-sabotage or random aches/pains.

 

Aaaannd you also get 3-personal training sessions, so you can ask questions and check form. Anything you want. 

 

What format do the workouts come in?

 

The workouts come in a PDF document.
The Subconscious Imprinting and Personal Training Sessions are done in-person or virtually.
(virtual does not change the effectiveness of the sessions)

 

How many workouts are there per week?

 

Typically 2-3 per week.
However, this is another personalized aspect to the program.

If you want 1-2 workouts, we start there. If you want 4-5 workouts, we start there.

 

Can I modify for injuries or aches/pains?

 

Absolutely! This is a personal wellness program after all.
Most of us have some ache we need to work around. 

 

What is your refund policy?

 

Even though this program is truly encompassing. One program, isn’t always for everyone, right? I feel Beyonce is truly one of the greatest artists of this generation, and I acknowledge she isn't for everyone. (crazy LOL).

If you are not happy with your CARE Program within 30 days of the start date, you will get a full refund on the 2nd and 3rd months of the program.

There are no refunds 30 days after the purchase date. All Personal Training and SIT sessions must be redeemed within the 12-week program.
