Growing up, I never felt fit enough or strong enough. Little by little, being in the gym allowed me to gain confidence and independence within myself. Now, I'm here to help you write your own strength journey.

I specialize in empowering individuals who feel out of place in traditional fitness environments. With over 13 years experience and more than 13,000 sessions conducted, my mission is to help you overcome gym anxiety, build confidence, and achieve your fitness goals.
