You don't need to have a gym background to work with me.

In fact, most of my clients don't. They're in their 50s, 60s and 70s. They've spent decades being great at their careers, raising families, taking care of everyone around them. And somewhere along the way, their own strength quietly slipped down the priority list.

They come to me wondering if it's too late to change that.

It isn't.

Not even close.

“I no longer have as much anxiety about getting back in to my gym routine. While I still struggle with the mind games, Shane has helped me realize that I am strong enough to overcome them!”

I genuinely enjoy going to the gym now. Shane has helped me change by overcoming challenges that at times seemed impossible.”

What Training With Me Actually Looks Like:

Private sessions — one on one or with a partner — in a focused studio environment. No crowds. No intimidation. No one watching you figure things out.

Every session is built specifically for you. Your history, your body, your goals. If you have an injury, we work around it. If you're nervous, we start slow. If you're ready to push, we push.

My clients regularly surprise themselves.

That's not an accident — it's the point.

You Might Be a Good Fit If:

  • You want to get stronger but don't know where to start

  • You've had an injury or health issue and need someone who pays attention

  • You want to stay independent and capable as you get older

  • You're a caregiver who has forgotten to take care of yourself

  • You want to train alongside your partner

  • You just want to feel like yourself again

Sessions start with a free 60-minute consultation — part conversation, part movement.

You'll leave knowing exactly what working together looks like before you make any commitment.
