HELPING PEOPLE PROVE THEIR BEST YEARS OF STRENGTH & INDEPENDENCE
ARE STILL AHEAD OF THEM

Sometimes the gym isn't the right fit. Not because of anxiety — but because of life.
Maybe your schedule doesn't allow it. Maybe you're caring for someone and can't be far. Maybe you and your partner want to train together after the kids are in bed. Maybe you simply prefer the privacy and convenience of your own space.
Whatever the reason, in-home training brings the same quality of coaching — the same progression, the same attention, the same results — directly to you.
Who This Is For
In-home coaching is a good fit if you:
-
Prefer training at home
-
Have equipment available but want guidance on how to use it properly
-
Seek structure, progression and consistency
-
Want the same level of coaching you’d expect in a gym setting
Clients choose in-home sessions during busy seasons of life, when convenience matters, but quality workouts still does too.
Couples & Partner Training
One of my favourite in-home setups is couples training. Two people, one session, same space — training together after the kids are asleep, before the day takes over or simply because doing it together makes you both more likely to show up.
Couples who train together, stay consistent.
That's not just motivational — it's practical.
One session time, one schedule, one commitment you hold each other to.
If you and your partner have been meaning to prioritize this, in-home couples training is likely the most realistic way to actually make it happen.
How In-Home Coaching Works
Sessions are built around:
-
Your available space and equipment
-
Your training history and current capacity
-
Clear progression and thoughtful exercise selection
Training at home requires a different level of planning and judgment.
Without the structure of a gym, it’s easy to either do too much... or not enough.
My role is to remove that guesswork and make sure your training remains effective, safe and aligned with your progress.
A Note on Experience
Training well outside a traditional gym takes experience.
Knowing how to adjust exercises, manage loading and build progression with limited or varied equipment is part of what makes in-home coaching effective.
The focus isn’t on doing more — it’s on doing what makes sense, given your environment.
That attention to detail is what allows people to train confidently at home and stay consistent over time.
*Important Note:
In-home coaching is available locally only and scheduled on a limited basis to ensure consistency and quality. Given this nature, I may not be available for this service depending on your area of Edmonton.
If you're feeling the homebody workout life, send me a message and let's see if this is a good fit for you.
